The colours are great and I love how the planet adds a subtle threatning feel to the pic. "It was called "The Ship of Dreams" and it was. It really was." << I just love that line. It really matches the pic. Wonderful work!

but my favourite bit of this piece is the little detail of the rope (hopes that's what it is) and the butterflies (again hopes ) it just adds so much to a piece like this.
This is a very emotive piece. Lovely transition of textures, from the rough sky, to the intermediate surf, to the final glass-smooth waters. The turmoil of the flat green skies working down and through to the neutral colors of the water helps thrust the mass of the ship towards the viewer...Very beautiful and haunting.
